I craved big, messy chocolate bars with delicious insides and I couldn't find them anywhere. So I made them and I think they're badass.
I consider XOCO Badass Bars to be grown-up candy. Something you can split with your friends over a collection of craft beers or some whisky. Or when all you want to eat for dinner is a bottle of wine and chocolate. Hey, I get it, it happens. No judging here.
I don't think chocolate necessarily needs to be pretty and dainty all the time. It can - and should be - messy, split open and show its insides. After all, don't we all feel like that from time to time?
